How NewsBook handles your application
This notice explains what happens to the information you send when you apply for a role at NewsBook on these careers pages. It covers applications made here and nothing else.
Who is responsible
Your application is handled by [Legal entity name], which runs NewsBook ("NewsBook", "we"). Registered address: [Registered address].
What we collect
Only what you give us on the form, plus a few details the form needs to work:
- Your name, email address, phone number and city.
- Your experience level.
- Your CV, if you upload one, and links to your portfolio, LinkedIn profile and work samples.
- Your answers to the role's questions and any note you add.
- The reference number, the date and time, and the language you used.
- A one-way coded value made from your network address and the date, used only to limit automated and repeated submissions. Your network address itself is not stored.
Why we use it
To consider you for the role you applied for, to contact you about that application, and to protect the process from spam and fraud.
We do not use your application for other roles you have not applied for, or for marketing. Applications are read by people; they are not scored by automated tools.
